Disney!!

First things first:  I turned 9 months old on March 1st!  I know the pictures are a little late, but it's been a busy few weeks.

As you can see, I got my first pair of Mickey ears when we went on my first trip to Disney!  We had so much fun.  It was our friend Julie's birthday weekend, and she and her husband Bryan asked us if we wanted to join them in Orlando for the week; of course we said yes - if you know my mom, you know she LOVES Disney, so she was excited!  Julie is having a baby, due in July; they aren't finding out if the baby is a boy or a girl.  I'm excited either way!

We flew to Orlando, and I did great on the airplane.  I flew one time before when I was 6 months old, but this time I was a little more restless since I've become mobile since the last time I was on a plane.  When we got to Orlando we rode on the Disney bus to the resort and went to Downtown Disney to walk around.  Mommy and Daddy kept talking about meeting Mickey, so I was excited when I woke up the next day and it was time to go to the park!

After we walked down Main Street and saw Cinderella's castle, we went straight to Fantasyland where we could go on some rides!  First up was It's a Small World; Mommy and Daddy figured we would try something tame first so they could see how I reacted, and I did great.  I was mesmerized by all the singing and dancing.

Next up was the carousel.  Mommy rode with me and we had a lot of fun!

After that we went on Snow White, which Mommy said was a little bit scary, but it didn't bother me.

Then we went on Mommy's favorite ride, Pirates of the Caribbean.  I got a little scared at the beginning when there was a little bit of a drop, but after that I liked it.  Next was the Magic Carpet Ride, which was fun but I got mad at the end when I got squirted with water.

Then we rode the teacups.  Mommy and Daddy were a little nervous that it would be scary for me, but I liked it!

After that, it was finally time to meet Mickey!  We waited in line for awhile, and then we got to go in and see him.  Minnie was there too, and she gave me kisses.  They both said I was very cute!  Well, actually they mimed it, because neither of them talk.  We took a picture together, and they autographed it for me.

The next day we went to Sea World.  I spent the whole day being pushed around in my stroller, waving at people, looking at the birds, and talking non-stop!  We saw dolphins, whales, seals, sea lions, Clydesdale horses, and even a skunk!

We also got to go to the pool while we were there.  I had fun, but I was a little unsure of having my head in the water at all - I wouldn't let Mommy hold me so that I could float on my back.  I had a good time sitting in the shallow part, though!

All in all, we had a great time and I can't wait to go back!
